This device auto converts AC 240 Volt power to DC  power for the fridge compressor. The converter will feed the power for the compressor direct from the mains as long as AC power is available, and then automatically switch back to battery power (12 to 24 Volt) when no mains power is available.
This device auto converts AC 240 Volt power to DC (24 Volt DC) power for the compressor. As BD35F and BD50F fridge compressors can  run on 12 to 24 volts, this means you can run your fridge using mains power input when available.
Most refrigerators can be equipped with a converter which operates on the mains power. It can be mounted direct on the back of the refrigerator or separately besides the refrigerator. The converter will feed the power for the compressor direct from the mains as long as this is available, and automatically switches over to battery power (12 or 24 Volt) when no mains power is available. The converter must be connected to the mains with an earthed power plug.
