Designed for use with casting and spinning rod holders. Heavy-duty, deep-tooth gear lock securely holds rod holder in mounting base. Locking collar secures rod during travel and use. Includes bi-axis mount that can be used as a side or pedestal mount, allowing 360Ëš of horizontal adjustment.
