Prevents Seawater Siphoning Back When Installation is Below or Near Sea Level
Vented loops guard against the danger of water siphoning over pipework loops in below-the-waterline installations of toilets and bilge pumps. They should be installed in both inlet and outlet pipework.
For use in bilge pump installations to prevent siphoning of water back into boat from through hull. Duckbill one-way valve system incorporated in the top of the loop allows air to enter the line when not in use, yet effectively seals as water passes through.
